Bridge to Housing
The mission of our Bridge to Housing program is to prevent and reduce homelessness by assisting people to move from homelessness into housing stability as quickly as possible. To do this, our WRC employs a housing specialist to develop relationships with landlords and property management companies. She continually updates our list of available rentals and landlords willing to work with people moving out of homelessness. WRC’s housing specialist will meet with anyone experiencing homelessness and assist them to analyze their housing needs, to apply for local affordable housing programs and will advocate
with landlords on their behalf.
